• All submitted designs and ideas must be original or properly licensed.
• Prohibited activities include harassment, spam, and distribution of illegal content.
• The Guild reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, community tools, and branding are owned by Radiant Lantern Guild. Users retain rights to their original creations but grant us a license to promote published games.

Limitation of Liability

Radiant Lantern Guild shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from platform use. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination and Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Accounts may be terminated for breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco courts.
